Audience feedback

When we finished our music video we made sure we showed it to an audience, we also made sure to show it to some of the same people who watched the rough cut so that they could compare the difference.

The audience noticed how the improvements within the black background singing shot changed and how we used a dolly and white back ground shot to replace them. They stated that this was much better and that the new shots had much better quality which fit better into the narrative and theme of the song.

They also said that the shortened escalator scene looked much more improved and successful showing how much more effective it was in the music video. Based on the feedback i feel very confident on the final of our music video and it was shown to have much more improvements from the rough cut.

Further positive feedback was based on the effects we used like split scenes and transitions they said that they was very good they said the split scenes are effective and we didn't use the mistake in using them to much and we always used them at the right times in the right places. They also said that they felt everyone was strategically placed to give an effect in the music video. We was very impressed by the feedback we had got due to it being so positive . They also said they noticed how our transitions was used for meanings for example our fade to white was shown to portray a new day.

We didn't receive much negative feedback in fact not any at all except little things such as the lip synching not always being dead perfect however this was due to the fact that the singer of the song is American and our actress was English so due to that their mouths do move in different ways so it wasn't something we could get 100% perfect.

Below is a picture of our audience watching our music video.
